We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all seals intact, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, filled, or used cannot be returned unless they arrived defective. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contacto@vantiar.com. If your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting and getting approval for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at contacto@vantiar.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Send us a photo or short video of the problem and we'll evaluate it and make it right — with a replacement or a refund — without you having to ship the item back. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty products.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us at contacto@vantiar.com. We'll look into it and get back to you to arrange either a reshipment or a refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, filled, or used (unless they arrived defective). We also cannot accept returns on gift cards. If you have a question about whether your specific item can be returned, get in touch before sending anything back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return for the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

United Kingdom — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with seals intact, and in its original packaging — and you'll need your order number or proof of purchase. In this case we will refund the price of the product and the standard outbound shipping you paid; the cost of returning the item is yours.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds cover the price of the product only and do not include the original shipping costs you paid, except where the law requires otherwise (see the United Kingdom section above). Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
